Lifecycle of Brotherhood

Our member levels reflect the policies and procedure we take to ensure the safety and authenticity of our member in order to reduce risk and improve discretion at our events.

Each level represents a step towards full-trusted membership; a full-fledged Brother.

  • Anyone initiating the registration process, either by invite or promotion, begin their journey as an Applicant. Applicants are required to provide a real-time photo of their face (holding a piece of paper with their unique code), which is then used for internal identification (by administrative staff); this photo is encrypted and used for ID at all official Brotherhood events.

Once the verification photo is approved and all agfeements are met, the Applicant is promoted to Pledge.

  • A Pledge is someone that has completed the application process successfully, including photo verification, but needs a sponsor to personally vouch for them.

When a Brother ‘adopts’ a Pledge, he will reach out; the Pledge and the Brother can meet and get to know each other. If things go well, he will vouch for the Pledge.

Once a Brother in good-standing vouches for a Pledge, they are promoted to Inductee.

  • Vouched for Pledges remain an Inductee until they attend an event. Like probation, the Pledge is observed and those who do not meet our requirements (as judged by the Adoptive Brother) are weeded out.

If an Inductee attends an event and gets along with everyone, showing they adhere to our Principles, they will graduate to Brother.

  • A Brother has full access to all events, and will receive automatic invitations to all events. They can see and communicate with Pledges and Inductees as well as other Brothers.

  • Big Brothers are those who have contributed their time adopting/mentoring Pledges and Inductees, assisting with events, or with the operations of The Brotherhood. These individuals are recognized for our growth and success.
